Terms & Conditions

Service terms for simcloud® infrastructure services.

1. Service Description

SimCloud provides dedicated virtual infrastructure for technical environments, including GNS3-based lab setups. The service includes access to assigned compute, memory and remote access resources according to the selected plan.

2. Infrastructure Only

SimCloud supplies the infrastructure layer only. Customers are responsible for any software, operating systems, images, licensing, data, configurations and workloads deployed within their environment.

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of the service complies with applicable law, third-party licence terms and the SimCloud Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Payments and Billing

Services are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Availability

SimCloud aims to provide a stable and reliable service. During early-stage operation, planned maintenance or infrastructure changes may occur. Any formal service level commitments must be agreed separately in writing.

6. Suspension and Termination

SimCloud may suspend or terminate service where a customer breaches these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, payment requirements, or where use of the service creates operational, security or legal risk.

7. Data and Backups

Customers remain responsible for their data. Backup options may be available depending on the selected plan, but customers should maintain independent copies of important data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimCloud is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data or loss arising from customer-managed workloads.
