1. Purpose
This policy explains how abuse reports relating to SimCloud infrastructure should be submitted and how they may be handled.
2. Reporting Abuse
Abuse reports should be sent to abuse@simcloud.uk. Please include timestamps, IP addresses, logs, URLs, screenshots or any other evidence that helps identify the issue.
3. Types of Abuse
- Network attacks, scanning or unauthorised access attempts.
- Spam, phishing or credential theft.
- Malware, botnet activity or harmful content.
- Copyright, licence or intellectual property complaints.
- Any activity that may create legal, operational or reputational risk.
4. Investigation and Action
SimCloud may investigate abuse reports and take appropriate action, including traffic restriction, customer notification, suspension or termination of service.
5. Emergency Action
Where activity presents immediate risk, SimCloud may suspend or restrict service without prior notice.
