1. General Use
Customers must use SimCloud infrastructure responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and third-party rights.
2. Prohibited Activities
- Illegal activity under UK or applicable international law.
- Unauthorised access, intrusion attempts, network attacks or abusive scanning of third-party systems.
- Hosting, distributing or operating malware, phishing pages, credential theft, botnets or harmful content.
- Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging or activity likely to cause blacklisting or reputation damage.
- Resource abuse that negatively affects the stability, security or performance of the platform or other customers.
- Use that infringes copyright, intellectual property rights or software licensing terms.
3. Security Responsibility
Customers are responsible for securing their assigned environment, including accounts, passwords, exposed services, configurations and data.
4. Network Behaviour
Traffic must remain lawful and non-abusive. SimCloud may limit, block or investigate traffic patterns that appear harmful, excessive or inconsistent with normal service use.
5. Enforcement
Violation of this policy may result in warning, temporary suspension, service restriction or immediate termination depending on severity and risk.
6. Reporting Abuse
Reports of abuse or security concerns should be sent to abuse@simcloud.uk.
